Ademas, permite hacer un filtrado de este listado de pacientes en tiempo real (segun va introduciendo caracteres el usuario) en funcion del criterio de busqueda seleccionado en el Spinner (Nombre, ID o Tags) y de la informacion introducida en el EditText.
