Abstract

En los últimos años el consumo de revistas culturales ha caído en España. Es muy complicado poder encontrar en un establecimiento de prensa o quiosco más de una o dos revistas en castellano dedicadas al arte. De esas pocas revistas, su totalidad tratan temas que pueden ser encontrados en libros de historia o historia del arte, bibliografías de

artistas o libros que traten temas relacionados al mundo artístico. No se habla de arte emergente, mucho menos del arte emergente nacional. Esta temática parece haber caído en el gran saco que supone Internet, reportajes de rápida lectura, una simple referencia a autores de nuestros días en revistas culturales, pero ningún reportaje donde se investigue y hable de manera exhaustiva cuestiones artísticas. Atelier Magazine es una revista impresa y online dedicada a esa parte del arte de la que poco se habla. No sólo del emergente, el que convive con nosotros y crece cada día, sino de aquellos artistas que han sido difuminados con el paso del tiempo. Una publicación que pretende dar luz al patrimonio artístico que nos rodea y que rara vez ha tenido el reconocimiento que merece. De carácter estacional, se editarán un total de cuatro revistas anuales haciéndose coincidir con las estaciones del año. Cada número tratará un tema diferente siendo el nº0 Arte en Femenino, dedicado a las mujeres artistas que se han visto tapadas bajo la mano del patriarcado durante los siglos y, aún conociéndose quiénes fueron y su alta importancia en la época en la que vivían, se les quita todo reconocimiento y valor.

In the last years, the cultural magazine’s purchase has fallen in Spain. This kind of publications is very difficult to find in a press establishment, nothing but one or two magazines in Spain are dedicated to art and can be found in press establishments. Of those few magazines, their totality deals with subjects that can be found in books of history or history of art, bibliographies of artists or books that deal with topics related to the artistic world. Nothing about emerging art, neither about emerging national art. This topic seems to have fallen into the big sack as Internet, quick-reading reports, a simple reference to authors of our days in cultural magazines, but no big reports of artistic questions are investigated and published in a slow journalism way. Atelier Magazine is a printed and online magazine dedicated to that part of art that is unknown. Not only the emerging, the art who lives with us and grows every day, but also, those artists who have been blurred with the passing time. A publication that aims to give light to the artistic heritage that surrounds us and that rarely had the recognition it deserves. This magazine is going to be released in seasonal way, a total of four annual magazines will be published, coinciding with the seasons of the year. Each issue will deal with a different themes, being the number 0 Arte en Femenino, dedicated to women artists who have been covered under the patriarchal hand over the centuries and, even knowing who they were and their high importance at the time in which they lived, it takes away all recognition and value.
