AB The transformations in the organization of the work and of the companies, derived from the traffic of a productive economy to other one predominantly of services, of the technological progress and of the globalization of the markets, influence decisively the mechanisms of representation, action and collective bargaining. It is more, in this context, the unemployment, the precariousness of the labour relations, the importance of the autoemployment, the development of the practices of subcontracting and decentralization and the establishment of connections between companies which activities are a source of employment and of decisions on the same one, they do that the trade union today to new changes, demanding a deep adjustment of his strategic options and of his own internal structure.
