AB This article deals with the stage of the immediate post-Soviet transition in the Republic of Armenia. It underlines the straight connection between the domestic policy and the conflict of Nagorno-Karabagh, and between them and the international level. This linkage can be mainly explained because of the deep vulnerability of Armenia, which is affected by foreign governmental and non governmental actors, whose actions and influence become relevant either to diminish or to deep such vulnerability.
