Although Deficiency can be mitigated with Technical Aids, it is veryimportant to keep in mind what kind of help is being used because not all the HearingAids have the same effect on the reception of the language and its coding. The schoolhas a very important role in how the First and Second Languages are going to bedeveloped and are in charge of helping the Deaf child to learn the Languages efficientlyand to carry out strategies of inclusion in the classroom so that the learning becomesmore successful. Sign Language is also an important component in acquiring aLanguage because, in the absence of Oral Language, it can help in the development ofSymbolic Representation, a very important step in the acquisition of other languages, whether Signs or Oral.
