At that time, this purposes was decided the European project's political organization. Nevertheless, it behoves with the moral perspective of the political thought of th e time of the Enlightenment, reflected in the work of authors such as the abbe Saint Pierre, Rousseau or Kant. Nowadays, the paradigm of the European project has changed drastically. The politic model shared for the Member States is the liberal democracy, in the context of a market society. This model, in the Schumpeter's revision, began in the critic of the conditions to direct political organization toward a moral purpose. In conclusion, we'll see how this universal purposes lost their value and place with the paradigm change.
