This try to prove the importance of education intervention in healthy lifestyle habits in adolescents and increase the promotion of health in educational centers. Objective: to measure the impact of the community health project "Education for health in adolescence" on the health profile of adolescents carried out in the Parquesol neighborhood, in Valladolid during the years 2015 to 2019.Material and methods: community intervention trial, analytical quasi-experimental pre and post-test in students of IES Parquesol and IES Julián Marías de Parquesol (Valladolid) who received the intervention of the "Education for health in adolescence" program. The study had a control group (IES José Jiménez Lozano Institute), in which no intervention was carried out. 407 adolescent surveys were collected. The validated CHIP-AE test for Spain was translated. Results: Improvements were found in the female intervention group (IG) compared to the CG in the variables Resistance (3.68 vs 3.41, p<0.01), Health and safety at home (4.30 vs 4 .00, p<0.01), Physical activities (3.16 vs 2.60, p<0.01) and Self-esteem (3.17 vs 2.79, p<0.05).Conclusions: The community intervention improved the health profile of adolescents. The baseline perception of health presents differences by gender, with a higher score in men. The post-intervention improvement is substantial in women in Resistance, Physical Activities and Health and safety at home. In addition, the deterioration due to the passing of the years described in previous studies is corrected in the Self-esteem variable.
