Facultad de Educación y Trabajo Social K1 [Pendiente de asignar] AB This Final dissertation investigates about the integration of the intercultural dimension in a foreign language education trough the music. It analyzes the importance to develop the intercultural competence in a foreign language to communicate effectively with different identities, avoid intercultural misunderstandings and have a sense of citizenship based on respect and tolerance. It also deals with the role of the teacher and the way of integrating it on education. The sociocultural, affective, experiential and other values that music possesses allow us to use it as a tool to integrate the intercultural dimension in a foreign language. In addition, this work puts into practice the theoretical investigation in an implementation teaching proposal that collects all the reactions and development of the students in a later analysis. The experience and results of the investigation are discussed in a final conclusion.
