AB José Luis Guerin presented in 2007 Unas fotos en la ciudad de Sylvia, maybe his most adventurous film since it is a silent, black and white, sequential photomontage, where the discreet presence of a concept is immediately revealed: the fugitive. This concept is going to rest on all film long. The fugitive is going to be revealed as a constitutive ingredient of the cinematographic story by being presented not only as the nature of the yearned for woman (fugitive), whose search is related, but also transcending beyond its story line, becoming an essential part in the construction and configuration of the film.
