¡Protestar es cardio! La no ideología ideológica en el campo de las prácticas físico-deportivas

Abstract

This work is based on a fictitious manifesto in support of social protests and demonstrations. The manifesto is an ironic critique of the epistemic rationality and apparent ideological neutrality of the professional and academic field of physical activity and sports science. Based upon a positivist analysis of the objectified body, the text recreates an experience of reality that avoids the subjectification of knowledge. Hidden behind the apparent neutrality of the beliefs implicit in the manifesto and the aspiration of a non-ideological habitus of physical activity and sporting field, we can find the ideology of neoliberalism and the bastions of liquid modernity.

El texto se articula en torno a un manifiesto ficticio de apoyo a las movilizaciones sociales. El manifiesto ironiza sobre la racionalidad epistémica y aparente neutralidad ideológica del campo académico y profesional de las prácticas físico-deportivas. Para ello recrea una vivencia de la realidad, basada en un análisis positivista del cuerpo objeto, que elude la subjetivación del conocimiento. Tras la aparente neutralidad de las creencias implícitas en el manifiesto y la aspiración a la no-ideología del habitus del campo de las prácticas físico-deportivas se ocultan la ideología neoliberal y los baluartes de la modernidad líquida.
