El transporte colaborativo hic et nunc

Abstract

This paper approaches the principal problems the sharing transport poses, in the context of the sharing economy, such as the proper conceptualization of the phenomenon, the different modalities within, the analysis of its effects and consequences, and the present legal regime in Spanish and EU Law. It finishes with some considerations of lege ferenda.

Este trabajo se aproxima a los principales problemas que plantea el transporte colaborativo, en el contexto de la economía colaborativa, como son los de tipo conceptual y de diferenciación de modalidades, la valoración de sus efectos y consecuencias, y el régimen jurídico aplicable, a la vista del Derecho español y del de la UE, en su actual estado. Finaliza con algunas consideraciones de lege ferenda.
