Estudio descriptivo de la evolución en preventivos de Cruz Roja: Triaje para evitar colapso hospitalario

Abstract

La Cruz Roja es una organización fundada en 1864 basada en los principios de humanidad, imparcialidad, neutralidad, independencia, carácter voluntario, unidad y universalidad. En Burgos, amplió sus actuaciones hacia diferentes ámbitos: eventos deportivos, preventivos de socorros y emergencias, fiestas locales, entre ellas se encuentra la fiesta del Curpillos con gran afluencia de población expuesta a muchos riesgos por lo que se establece un puesto sanitario. Justificación: Informar de la labor que realiza Cruz Roja contribuyendo de manera importante en la actuación sanitaria, resolviendo en el momento la mayoría de actuaciones, reduciendo los traslados y evitando así el colapso hospitalario. Objetivos: Dar a conocer los puestos sanitarios de primeros auxilios, potenciando su información y evaluando la incidencia evolutiva para evitar la demora en la atención a pacientes que presenten patologías graves y necesiten atención más rápida. Material y métodos: Estudio descriptivo con información de actuaciones del HUBU, SUAP-San Agustín y Cruz Roja hasta 2016 creando bases de datos en Excel con variables socio-demográficas y asistenciales. Resultados: Según se avanza en el tiempo más elevada es la cifra de incidencias. En cuanto a la cifra de atendidos y trasladados, la mayoría de las incidencias se resuelven in situ en el puesto de atención sanitaria. El grupo de edad de 11 a 20 años es el mayoritario predominando en un 48% del total de las atenciones. En cuanto al tipo de asistencia suelen predominar las intoxicaciones etílicas, crisis de ansiedad, alergias, epistaxis y agresiones en jóvenes, mientras que los cortes, quemaduras, contusiones y lipotimias están más repartidas. Discusión: Cruz Roja es muy importante en estos eventos porque evita la sobrecarga, mejorando la calidad de la atención en el centro sanitario.

In Burgos, it extended his actions towards different areas: sports, preventive events on emergencies, local holidays, this one includes the holiday of the Curpillos with a lot of people exposed to many risks so this is the reason why the sanitary position is established. Justification: It is known that Red Cross helps by contributing in an important way in the sanitary action, solving at the moment the majority of actions, reducing the movements and avoiding this way the hospitable collapse. Aims: To announce the sanitary positions of the first aids, promoting his information and to evaluate his evolutionary incident to avoid the delay in the attention to the patients who present serious pathologies and need fast attention. Material and methods: descriptive study with information of the HUBU, SUAP-San Agustín and Red Cross until 2016 of attentions creating databases in Excel with variable partner demographic and welfare. Results: As the time past, is the number of incidents increase. As for the number of attended and moved, the majority of the incidents are solved in the position of sanitary attention. It stands out in the group of age of 11 to 20 years is the majority one prevailing in 48% of the total of the attentions. As for the type of assistance they are in the habit of predominating over the drunkenness, crisis of anxiety, allergies, nosebleed and aggressions in young people, whereas the cuts burns contusions and fainting fits are more distributed. Discussion: Red Cross is very important in these events because it avoids the overload, improving the quality of the attention in the sanitary center
