El seguro del coche autónomo

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se trata de realizar una introducción a la incorporación de un nuevo tipo de vehículo, el vehículo autónomo. Esta nueva forma de transporte no es muy conocida por el público y va a suponer una auténtica revolución en este medio, influyendo drásticamente su seguro. Se tratará de analizar los diferentes niveles de automatismo y los diferentes problemas que surgen debido a la transferencia de responsabilidad entre las figuras que intervienen. Así mismo, veremos las diferentes soluciones y los nuevos marcos legales que en este momento son pioneros. Destacaremos igualmente, la importancia de nuevos riesgos de gran calibre como son los ataques cibernéticos que podrían darse en un futuro afectando de forma notable a los softwares de estos vehículos.

In this final Project I try to make an introducion of the incorporation of a new kind of vehicle, the autonomous vehicle. This new mode of transport, is not well-known by the public and Will mean an autentic revolution in this means of transport, having a great influence on its insurance. I will try to analyze the different automatism levels and the different problems that appear due to the transfer of responsabilities among the figures that intercede. Likewise, we will see the different solutions and the new legal framework that in this moment are pioneering. We will highlight equally, the importance of new big risks like the cybernetics attacks that could happen in the future affecting on these vehicles softwares in a substantial way.
