dc.description.abstractEn numerosas ocasiones, las empresas multinacionales se han visto involucradas en diversos tipos de abusos o violaciones de derechos humanos durante el desarrollo de sus actividades. Pero, ¿qué responsabilidades tienen por ello? El propósito de este trabajo es analizar el papel especial que cobra la responsabilidad social corporativa, desde la perspectiva de estas firmas, en la contribución a la realización de los derechos humanos a partir de una revisión de la literatura jurídica y económica. Para ello, tras una contextualización general en la materia, se propone un análisis de los principales impactos que provocan en la sociedad y de las normas internacionales más importantes que las regulan, para finalizar con el estudio de varios casos concretos de prácticas empresariales poco éticamente responsables.es
dc.description.abstractIn many occasions, multinationals have seen themselves involved in several types of human rights abuses and violations during the progression of their activities. But, what liability do they have of it? The aim of this project is to analyze the special role that corporate social responsibility acquires, from these company viewpoint, in contributing to the fulfillment of human rights based on the reevaluation of juridical and economical literature. To this effect, hindmost a general conceptualization on the matter, an analysis is proposed of the main impacts that the cause in society and the most important international rules that regulate them; ending with the study of sundry specific cases about corporate practices not quite ethically responsable.es
