El Crowdfunding: un método de financiación colectiva

Abstract

A través del desarrollo de este trabajo se pretende dar al lector una visión global sobre el crowdfunding, definiendo el concepto, explicando las distintas modalidades así como la gran variedad de usos del mismo. El fin último del mismo es que a través de la lectura del trabajo se consiga entender perfectamente en qué consiste el crowdfunding y como poner en práctica el método, dando alguna de las principales claves para realizar una campaña de crowdfunding. También se analizarán algunos factores fundamentales cuyo conocimiento es necesario para entender el funcionamiento de esta modalidad de financiación como el marco jurídico aplicable. Por último, también es objetivo que el lector tome conciencia del tremendo desarrollo y expansión del crowdfunding, a través del estudio de valores cuantitativos tanto a nivel nacional como global.

With the development of this work is intended to give the reader a global view of crowdfunding, defining the concept, explaining the different modalities as well as the wide variety of uses thereof. The ultimate goal of this is that through reading the work you get to understand perfectly what is crowdfunding and how to implement the method, giving some of the main keys to a crowdfunding campaign. It will also analyze some fundamental factors whose knowledge is necessary to understand the operation of this financing modality as the applicable legal framework. Finally, it is also an objective of the work that the reader becomes aware of the tremendous development and expansion of crowdfunding, through the study of quantitative values, both nationally and globally
