Diseño y desarrollo de una aplicación web de apoyo a la práctica pediátrica en consulta

Abstract

Las TIC son cada vez más utilizadas en el ámbito sanitario, haciendo así posible un seguimiento exhaustivo y detallado de la salud de los pacientes que pasan por las consultas de pediatría de un centro de salud. A su vez, también es importante el feedback que reciben el paciente y el tutor legal del paciente, consiguiendo así informes detallados y claros por parte del centro, para el conocimiento del estado de la salud del mismo. En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se han tenido en cuenta estos aspectos para desarrollar una plataforma web que aúna todas estas características, ya que, en la actualidad, se ha observado un déficit en el seguimiento de los pacientes en el ámbito de la pediatría y se ha decidido desarrollar una plataforma web que solucione estos problemas. Esta plataforma web permite al pediatra poder trabajar más cómodamente en su ámbito de trabajo ya que se le proporciona una herramienta específica para la evaluación y seguimiento de un paciente en concreto pudiendo así minimizar el tiempo de consulta, ya que dispondría del historial completo del paciente y de un resumen de su seguimiento hasta la fecha (cartilla de vacunación, alarmas, alergias, enfermedades previas, percentiles…) y, a su vez, se proporcionaría un informe detallado al instante al paciente sin tener que realizarlo el propio médico.

ICT are in increasingly used in the health sector, making possible an exhaustive and detailed monitoring of the patients’ health who go through the pediatric consultations of a health center. In turn, it is also important the feedback that the patient and the legal guardian receive, thus obtaining detailed and clear reports from the center, for the knowledge of the state of health of the aforementioned. In this FGP (Final Grade Project), these aspects have been taken into account to develop a web platform that combines all these characteristics, since, nowadays, a deficit has been observed in the follow-up of patients in the field of pediatrics and, due to this, it has been decided to develop a web platform that could solve these problems. This web platform allows pediatricians to work more comfortably in their field of work since they are provided with a specific tool for the evaluation and monitoring of a specific patient, thus minimizing the consultation time, since a complete history of the patient and an updated summary of its follow-up is provided, (immunization records, alarms, allergies, previous illnesses, percentiles…) and, in turn, an instant detailed report would be provided to the patient without having to be developed by the doctor himself.
