Diseño de una línea de reciclaje para coches L34N en la Escuela Lean

Abstract

El presente trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo el diseño de diferentes configuraciones de una línea de reciclado para coches L34N en la Escuela Lean. La Escuela Lean nació de la colaboración de la Universidad de Valladolid y Renault-Nissan-Consulting y tiene como principal objetivo enseñar tanto a alumnos como a empresas, a través de la representación de una fábrica, para ello trabajan con diferentes productos, uno de los cuales es el coche L34N. Para la realización del diseño de las configuraciones es fundamental entender los conceptos del Lean Manufacturing y la economía circular: qué es, cómo nacieron, cuáles son sus principios, los beneficios que aportan y cómo se relacionan entre sí. Estos conceptos son muy importantes y por ello, cada vez son más las empresas que los aplican. Para llegar a la línea de reciclaje, también ha sido necesario realizar un análisis de la línea de montaje y de las fases de producción que tiene la escuela para el coche L34N. A partir de ese momento, se comenzó a diseñar la línea de reciclaje, planteando y analizando diferentes configuraciones hasta finalmente obtener un total de dos configuraciones optimas, que se adaptan al espacio y a la disponibilidad de personas.

The aim of this final year degree dissertation is the design of different configurations for recyling lines specifically for L34N cars in Lean School. The Escuela Lean is the result of the cooperation between the University of Valladolid and Renault Nissan Consulting. It's main objective is to teach students and companies by using a representation of a factory. In order to do this they work with different products, one of which is the L34N car. To be able to create the designs fir the configurations it is important to understand the concept behind Lean Manufacturing and circular manufacturing: what exactly is this, how where these concepts created, what are the principals behind them, what benefits do they offer and what is the connection between them. These concepts are very important which explains why more and more companies are using them. ii In order to create the recycling lines an analysis of the production line and products which are used in the school for the L34N car it self was necessary. Following on from this was the actual design of the recycling line, bearing in mind and analyzing different configurations. Finally a total of two optimum configurations were obtained, which adapt to the space and people available
