El comedor escolar es un servicio del que hace uso una gran parte del alumnado. La realidad de cada uno de estos alumnos es muy diversa, pudiendo presentar características que afecten a su alimentación y a las que es necesario atender desde el comedor escolar. El presente trabajo de fin de grado, ofrece por una parte un análisis de los procesos que ocurren en el comedor escolar, incidiendo en los aspectos que afectan al alumnado con necesidades alimentarias específicas. Por otra parte, se detallan las patologías que más frecuentemente pueden darse en el comedor escolar. En último lugar se presenta el análisis del caso de un alumno con necesidades alimentarias concretas y se expone cómo éstas son atendidas desde el comedor escolar.
The school- lunch canteen is used by a large part of the students. The context of each scholar is very diverse, being able to present characteristics that affect their diet and which need to be attended from the school. The dining service is responsible of deal with the needs of this students. This degree dissertation presents on the one hand, an analyse of the situations that happen in that environment, giving special interest on the students with special alimentation needs. On the other hand, the most common chronic diseases which affect the scholar alimentation are detailed. Finally, the case study of a student with special alimentation needs is presented, and how these special need are addressed form his school- lunch service.
