La vivienda urbana romana en la Cuenca del Duero

Abstract

En este trabajo se pretende realizar un estudio sobre la vivienda urbana romana en la zona de la Cuenca del Duero. Para ello, se explicarán primero el concepto de domus romano y su evolución, y las diferentes estancias domésticas que componen la vivienda. Después, se realizará el análisis de algunos de los yacimientos de carácter urbano más importantes de este espacio (Asturica Augusta, Clunia, Tiermes y Uxama) que nos servirán como ejemplo.

In this work we intend to carry out a study on Roman urban housing in the area of the Douro Basin. To do this, the concept of roman domus and its evolution, and the different domestic rooms that make up the house will be explained first. Afterwards, an analysis will be made of some of the most importan turban sites in this area (Asturica Agustea, Clunia, Tiermes and Uxama) that will serve as an example.
