El liderazgo en las organizaciones hospitalarias

Abstract

Dependiendo del comportamiento que lleven a cabo los líderes dentro de la organización, se van a obtener unos resultados u otros. El concepto de liderazgo está presente en todas las organizaciones y está correlacionado con múltiples conceptos que afectan al correcto funcionamiento de la organización. El presente trabajo se basa en estudiar el concepto de liderazgo y su correlación con otros conceptos dentro de la organización hospitalaria. El objetivo deseado al finalizar el trabajo es poder realizar una recomendación a las organizaciones hospitalarias para que al llevar a cabo su actividad obtengan los mejores resultados posibles.
