Action Plan: Human Resource Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R)

Abstract

The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) is a self-assessment and evaluation process proposed by the CE, which culminates in its recognition of the institutions presenting an appropriate action plan to improve their HR policies and align them with the Charter and the Code of Conduct. It is a recognition of the continuous improvement of the institution. After carrying out an internal evaluation and preparing a Gap analysis with the deficiencies detected in the Institution, an Action Plan. This Action Plan will approach the áreas of University's research management improvement. The main aim is to implement an environment of excellence in research by means of a Human Resources Research Strategy adapted to the recommendations established in the “European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers”

La Estrategia de Recursos Humanos para los Investigadores (HRS4R) es un proceso de autoevaluación y evaluación que propone la CE, el cual culmina con su reconocimiento a las instituciones presentan un plan de acción apropiado para mejorar sus políticas de RRHH y alinearlas con las Carta y el Código de Conducta. Es un reconocimiento a la mejora continua de la institución. Después de realizar una evaluación interna y elaborar un Gap analisys con las deficiencias detectadas en la Institución, se redactó un Action Plan. Este Plan de Acción aborda las áreas de mejora de la gestión de la investigación de la Universidad. El objetivo principal es implementar un entorno de excelencia en investigación mediante una Estrategia de Investigación en Recursos Humanos adaptada a las recomendaciones establecidas en la “Carta Europea del Investigador y el Código de Conducta para la Contratación de Investigadores”.
