La Directiva sobre marcas y su transposición al Derecho interno español

Abstract

Este Trabajo trata de ofrecer un estudio sobre la reforma sufrida en el Derecho interno español tras la transposición a nuestro ordenamiento de la Directiva sobre Marcas de 2015 en la Ley de Marcas de 2001 por la vía del Real Decreto-ley 23/2018.

The work try to offer a study about the reform suffered in the spanish internal Law after the transposition to our legal system of the 2015 Marks Directive about in a 2001 Mark Law using the Real Decreto-ley 23/2018 way.
