Ciberbullying durante el confinamiento

Abstract

Desarrollará un estudio del acoso escolar o bullying, más concretamente el ciber acoso o ciberbullying, que sigue sucediendo durante el confinamiento, al que se ha visto sometida la población por el Estado de Alarma y por el incremento de uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TICs) en adolescentes y niños. Todo ello, provoca que se intensifique e invisibilice, más aún si cabe, el ciberbullying, pues el control que podía tener desde el ámbito educativo, familiar, incluso policial, se torna casi inexistente, suponiendo un aislamiento mayor para la víctima y más facilidad para los agresores. Abarcará un estudio teórico para entender los conceptos empleados, normativa de aplicación, perspectiva educativa y policial, así como unas recomendaciones o decálogo a tener en cuenta para los distintos actores y afrontar la vuelta a la vida normal, sin riesgos o minimizando aquellos, tras el confinamiento. Por último, se cuantificará y contrastará los datos obtenidos de las distintas fuentes de información, realizando una observación de su evolución e impacto en la comunidad escolar. Concluirá con una pequeña impresión del abordaje del trabajo y resultado obtenidos.

It will develop a study of school bullying, more specifically cyberbullying, which continues to occur during confinement, to which the population has been subjected by the State of Alert and by the increased use of ICT by adolescents and children. All of this causes cyberbullying to intensify and become invisible, even more so, since the control it could have had from the educational, family and even police spheres becomes almost non-existent, meaning greater isolation for the victim and greater ease for the aggressors. It will include a theoretical study to understand the concepts used, applicable regulations, educational and police perspective, as well as some recommendations or decalogue to take into account for the different actors and to face the return to normal life, without risks or minimizing them, after the confinement. Finally, the data obtained from the different sources of information will be quantified and contrasted, with an observation of their evolution and impact on the school community. It will conclude with a small impression of the approach to the work and results obtained. KEYWORDS Cyberbullying,
