Este dictamen está enfocado a describir el procedimiento a seguir para instalar el servicio de
ascensor en una comunidad de propietarios. Se estudian las diferentes vías para conseguir ese
objetivo, las facilidades que tienen los colectivos vulnerados por no poder ejercer el derecho de
accesibilidad universal, las distintas problemáticas que pueden surgir en el proceso y su solución en
los Tribunales de Justicia, tratando de dar al lector una visión clara y sencilla de las ventajas e
inconvenientes de la constitución de esta servidumbre.
This opinion is focused on describing the procedure to follow to install the elevator service
in a community of owners. The different ways to achieve this objective are studied, the facilities that
the vulnerable groups have for not being able to exercise the right of universal accessibility, the
different problems that may arise in the process and their solution in the Courts of Justice, trying to
give the reader a clear and simple vision of the advantages and disadvantages of the constitution of
this servitude.
