Flexibilidad laboral y empleo

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es abordar de forma amplia y general la incidencia que ha tenido y está teniendo en España la implantación, desde hace unos años de medidas de flexibilidad en nuestro mercado laboral, en concordancia con el modelo europeo de la “flexiseguridad”. Los efectos de la “flexibilización del mercado de trabajo” se extienden a un ámbito muy amplio afectando tanto a la economía como al empleo entre otros aspectos. Esta flexibilización puede llevarse a cabo mediante la regulación de diferentes elementos del mercado laboral, por lo que es necesario analizar de forma general los principales, para comprender el impacto general de las medidas en su conjunto y el efecto que han causado o van a causar en el futuro. Las peores crisis de la época reciente, sufridas por los españoles, tanto económica en 2008, como la crisis sanitaria que estamos viviendo actualmente, se han afrontado por parte de los Gobiernos mediante la implantación de medidas de flexibilidad en el mercado laboral. En el caso de la Reforma Laboral de 2012, la nueva regulación permitió, en cierto modo, “salir a flote” al país, pero aún es pronto para saber lo que ocurrirá con la crisis actual.

The objective of this work is to address in a broad and general way the impact that the implementation of flexibility measures in our labour market has had and is having in Spain for some years now, in accordance with the European model of "flexicurity". The effects of the "flexibilization of the labour market" extend to a very wide area, affecting both the economy and employment, among other aspects. Página 2. This flexibilisation can be carried out through the regulation of different elements of the labour market, so it is necessary to analyse the main ones in a general way, in order to understand the overall impact of the measures as a whole and the effect they have caused or will cause in the future. The worst crises in recent times, suffered by the Spanish people, both economically in 2008, and the health crisis we are currently experiencing, have been addressed by governments through the implementation of flexibility measures in the labour market. In the case of the Labour Reform of 2012, the new regulation allowed, in a way, "to come out to the surface" of the country, but it is still early to know what will happen with the current crisis.
