FP dual en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web del IES Galileo como mejora en la formación y potenciación de la inserción laboral, y otras formas de búsqueda activa de empleo

Abstract

En este trabajo, he querido plasmar la necesidad de mejorar en el ámbito de la Formación Profesional, incorporando la FP Dual como medio de inserción laboral y toma de contacto del alumnado dentro del itinerario formativo; posibilidad que lleva años funcionando en Europa, especialmente en Alemania, y que permite que teoría y práctica vayan de la mano dentro de una tipología especial de contrato formativo dirigido a todos aquellos que quieran optar por la obtención de la cualificación profesional, combinando la formación y aprendizaje entre el centro educativo y la empresa. Mi paso por el IES Galileo me dejó patente que los jóvenes y no tan jóvenes se muestran especialmente interesados en este tipo de formación, dado que supone una toma de contacto y aprendizaje directo que les facilitará la Búsqueda activa de empleo y su incorporación al mundo laboral. Entendiendo que el tema es relativamente novedoso, la presentación se hará de forma sencilla, definiendo el concepto y su regulación, contextualizándolo en el IES Galileo y en el ciclo Desarrollo de Páginas Web, para terminar con la Búsqueda Activa de Empleo como fin último al cual se dirige no solo la FP dual sino cualquier tipo de formación profesional.

In this Project, I have wanted portray the necessity of improve in the job training field, incorporating the Dual Vocational Training as the way of job insertion and contact of students within the formative itinerary; a possibility that has been working for several years in Europe, especially in Germany, and it allows the theory and practice go together inside a special typology of training contract aimed at all those who want to get a professional qualification, mixing the formation and learning between the Educative Centre and the Company. My time at the S.S Galileo, gave me the certainty that the young and less young people, show themselves interested in this kind of training, due to it involves a way of direct contact and learning, making the searching of job easier, as well as the incorporation into the world of work. Understanding that theme is rather a new one for us, the presentation will be made with the greatest simplicity possible, defining the concept and its legislation, placing into the IES Galileo an into Web Application Development Professional Training Cycle, in order to put an end to encourage active job search as the ultimate goal which must be directed not only to Dual Vocational Training but also to all type of Vocational Training.
