Habilidades motrices básicas en la Educación Física. “El salto”

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado ha sido realizado con el objetivo de mostrar, a través de imágenes y representaciones audiovisuales, qué son, cómo se desarrollan las habilidades motrices básicas y específicas en diferentes deportes que todos conocemos, cómo evolucionan, cuáles son algunos de los diferentes tipos que hay y cómo podemos diferenciarlas dependiendo de varios factores. Se hará hincapié en la habilidad motriz del salto y en las habilidades motrices específicas relacionadas con él. Este Trabajo de Fin de grado está organizado en dos partes. Una parte es el documento escrito en el que quedará reflejada toda la información teórica relacionada. Este documento incluirá varios apartados cómo introducción, fundamentación teórica, metodología, resultados y bibliografía. Además, al final incluye una bibliografía y una webgrafía. La otra parte del trabajo hace referencia a un conjunto de imágenes y representaciones audiovisuales relacionadas con lo explicado en la parte teórica y que se recogerán y mostrarán en forma de vídeo.

This Final Degree Project has been carried out with the aim of showing, through images and audiovisual representations, what they are, how basic and specific motor skills are developed in different sports that we all know, how they evolve, what are some of the different types there are and how we can differentiate them depending on various factors. Emphasis will be placed on the motor skill of jumping and the specific motor skills related to it. This Final Degree Project is organized in two parts. One part is the written document in which all the related theoretical information will be reflected. This document will include several sections such as introduction, theoretical foundation, methodology, results and bibliography. In addition, at the end it includes a bibliography and a webgraphy. The other part of the work refers to a set of images and audiovisual representations related to what was explained in the theoretical part and which will be collected and shown in video form.
