Menores infractores e intervención asistida con animales: un estudio de caso en Fundación Diagrama y el papel del Trabajo Social

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se inscribe en el ámbito del Trabajo Social. A lo largo de todo el documento se presenta una revisión bibliográfica con el fin de poder investigar más a fondo sobre la intervención asistida con animales en menores infractores. Se diferencia por un lado el ámbito de menores, incluyendo la legislación pertinente, medidas, aquello que resulta relevante con respecto al sistema judicial y un apartado en el que se detalla el papel del trabajador social con este colectivo. Del mismo modo, se realiza un recorrido sobre la intervención asistida con animales, los tipos y beneficios, y es por ello que la segunda parte del trabajo consiste en un estudio de caso, donde se incluye una entrevista semiestructurada realizada a la trabajadora social de Fundación Diagrama en Valladolid, lo que nos permite acercarnos más al tema a tratar ya que en ella se refleja su experiencia y opinión sobre ello.

This Final Degree Project is part of the field of Social Work. Throughout the document, a bibliographic review is presented in order to be able to investigate more thoroughly on animal-assisted intervention with juvenile offenders. On the one hand, the scope of minors is differentiated, including the relevant legislation, measures, what is relevant with respect to the judicial system and a section detailing the role of the social worker with this group. Likewise, there is a review of animal-assisted intervention, its types and benefits, and that is why the second part of the work consists of a case study, which includes a semi-structured interview with the social worker of Fundación Diagrama in Valladolid, which allows us to get closer to the subject to be dealt with, since it reflects her experience and opinion.
