La Banca. Historia, productos y evolución

Abstract

En este trabajo, he querido hacer un breve resumen de lo que es la banca hoy en día y de donde viene. En él conoceremos mejor el proceso de evolución y cambio que ha ido sufriendo con el paso de los años. He querido que se pueda conocer un poco más a que se dedica un banco en realidad, porque generalmente, se les conoce poco. Muchos creen que solo sirven para ingresar y sacar dinero, y la realidad es muy distinta. Un banco nos ofrece mucho más y lo vamos a descubrir. Veremos la historia y el origen de la esencia de la actividad bancaria. Cómo, dónde y porque surgió. Cuáles eran las primeras actividades desarrolladas en este sector. También conoceremos los diferentes tipos de bancos que existen y que los diferencia a unos de otros y cuál es el fin de cada uno, porque, aunque lo parezca, no todos son ni sirven para lo mismo. Analizaremos también quien está en cabeza, quien gobierna y controla los bancos. Que se les permite y que no. Utilizaremos algunos gráficos para comparar las principales entidades operativas en España. Como no podía ser de otra manera, y más viviendo en el siglo en el que vivimos, no podemos dejar de hablar de las nuevas tecnologías en el sector financiero, por ello vamos a estudiar también la banca online y cual está siendo su aceptación y su evolución en manos de los clientes. Hablaremos de la Banca Ética y lo que esto significa. Para finalizar, no podemos olvidar la situación catastrófica que por desgracia nos ha tocado vivir. Una pandemia mundial que ha afectado y afecta fuertemente a la economía. Veremos algunas de las decisiones y medidas llevadas a cabo por las principales entidades financieras para hacer frente al efecto del Coronavirus en España.

We will see some of the decisions and measures taken by the main financial institutions to face the effect of the Coronavirus in Spain.
