La SAREB y su evolución

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo analizar la evolución de La Sociedad de Gestión de Activos Procedentes de la Reestructuración Bancaria (SAREB), informando sobre su origen, estado de esta y su futuro más próximo. Toda la información de este trabajo en relación con la SAREB procede de sus cuentas anuales, son datos públicos y reales donde se intenta llegar a mostrar todo el camino andado y que queda por recorrer. Esta sociedad no solo se ha mostrado interesada en la desinversión de sus activos, sino que ha conciliado sus objetivos financieros con los sociales en la mayor medida posible, aunque todavía sigue en proceso y mejorando ese aspecto cada día. La creación ya desde sus inicios ha sido positiva. La tarea que le fue asignada no era sencilla, pero todo el trabajo ha proporcionado proyectos muy prometedores que a largo plazo marcarán la diferencia. La importancia en España del sector inmobiliario es notable y el fin de esta sociedad en 2027 puede marcar el principio de una forma de ver el sector del “ladrillo” más responsable y comprometido con la sociedad española.

This end-of-degree work aims to analyze the evolution of The Asset Management Company from The Bank Restructuring (SAREB), stat since its origin, state of the same and its nearest future. All the information of this work has relation to the SAREB, it comes from its annual accounts, they are public and real data, I try to show all the way walked and that remains to be traveled. This company has not only shown interest in the divestment of its assets but also has reconciled its financial and social objectives, it is still in process and improving that aspect every day. The creation since its origin has been positive, the task that was assigned to it was not simple, but all the work has provided some very promising projects that in a long term will make a difference. The importance in Spain of the real estate sector is remarkable, the end of this company in 2027 may mark the beginning of a way of seeing the “brick” sector more responsible and committed to Spanish society.
