El artículo parte de un proyecto llevado a cabo en la Facultad de Educación de Segovia que trata de acercar a los estudiantes de Grado de Educación Infantil a la historia de la Guerra Civil española a través de relatos de vida. El objetivo del estudio es analizar las experiencias infantiles de mujeres segovianas nacidas en el contexto rural de finales de 1920 y principios de 1930 y que vivieron su escolaridad durante la contienda. El análisis de los testimonios revela la represión a la que fue sometida la mujer durante este periodo y cómo la educación fue el arma de la ideología dominante para que las menores asumieran el papel subordinado que les fue asignado por su condición de clase y de género.
This paper is based on an innovation project carried out at the Segovia Faculty of Education that tries to bring the students of the early childhood Education Degree of the University of Valladolid to the history of the Spanish Civil War through life stories. The objective of the study is to analyze the biographies of segovian women born in a rural context of the late 1920s and early 1930s who lived their schooling during the war. The analysis of the testimonies reveals the repression suffered by women during this period and how education was the weapon for the minors to assume the subordinate role assigned to them by their class and gender status.
