En el presente documento se realiza un análisis tanto de la problemática del sinhogarismo como de las diferentes medidas y actuaciones existentes en el territorio nacional destinadas a paliar dicha situación. Todos los planteamientos parten de lo más general hacia lo más concreto, se comienza por enmarcar y contextualizar la propuesta de intervención y mejora a nivel nacional seguido por la comunidad de Castilla y León hasta llegar a la ciudad de Valladolid y por último, el Centro Integrado de Personas sin Hogar. Una vez realizado el análisis y detectada la necesidad se elabora un diseño de Itinerario Individualizo de Inserción como medida efectiva e imprescindible para la mejora de las condiciones de vida y futuro de estas personas. El fin último es incrementar los niveles de inserción sociolaboral dentro del colectivo.
This document analyzes both the problem of homelessness and the different measures and actions existing in the national territory aimed at alleviating this situation. All approaches start from the most general to the most concrete, beginning with the framing and contextualization of the proposal for intervention and improvement at national level, followed by the community of Castilla y León until reaching the city of Valladolid and finally, the Integrated Center for Homeless People. Once the analysis has been carried out and the need has been detected, an Individualized Itinerary of Insertion is designed as an effective and essential measure for the improvement of the living conditions and future of these people. The ultimate goal is to increase the levels of insertion within the group.
