El maltrato infantil. Propuesta de actuación en el ámbito educativo

Abstract

El presente trabajo surge del interés de profundizar más en el tema de maltrato infantil, pero centrado principalmente en el ámbito educativo, aunque actualmente este tipo de maltrato se puede encontrar en cualquier ámbito y contexto. La idea principal es crear una propuesta de actuación en unos centros educativos específicos para trabajar con los profesores la detección y prevención de esta problemática, ya que estos profesionales son clave para detectar situaciones así por la cantidad de tiempo que pasan con sus alumnos. Para ello, es necesario profundizar sobre el tema de maltrato infantil en general para luego actuar, por ello se han recopilado las medidas de protección a la infancia con las que contamos para hacer frente a este maltrato y se ha analizado su situación actual, para finalmente realizar la propuesta de actuación destinada a profesores pertenecientes a CRA Florida del Duero (Valladolid).

The present work arises from the interest of delving deeper into the subject of child abuse, but mainly focused on the educational field, although currently this type of abuse can be found in any field and context. The main idea is to create a proposal for action in specific educational centers to work with teachers to detect and prevent this problem, since these professionals are key to detecting situations like this due to the amount of time they spend with their students. To do this, it is necessary to delve into the issue of child abuse in general to then act, for this reason the child protection measures we have to deal with this abuse have been compiled and their current situation has been analyzed, to finally carrying out the action proposal for teachers belonging to CRA Florida del Duero (Valladolid).
