Mujeres gitanas y sus posibilidades de acceso al mercado laboral

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo de Final de Máster se pretende conocer como es el acceso de las mujeres gitanas al mercado laboral en España. Para esto nos aproximaremos al Pueblo Gitano, conoceremos rasgos de su historia y de algunos de sus valores, para poco a poco centrarnos en las mujeres gitanas. Se pretenderá en este proceso romper con estereotipos y estigmas hacia el Pueblo Gitano, y, en especial hacia las mujeres gitanas. Temas como la educación y el empleo van a ser ejes centrales de este trabajo. Esto nos permitirá acercarnos a la realidad de las mujeres gitanas en su acceso al mercado laboral. Se contará con una investigación donde las mujeres gitanas son las principales actrices de esta, compartiendo su visión sobre los factores que influyen la situación de las mujeres gitanas y su acceso al mercado laboral.

In this Master's Final Project, it is intended to know how is the access of gypsy women to the labor market in Spain. For this we will approach the Gypsy People, we will know features of its history and some of its values, to gradually focus on gypsy women. In this process, the aim will be to break stereotypes and stigmas towards the Roma people, and especially towards Roma women. Issues such as education and employment are going to be central axes of this work. This will allow us to get closer to the reality of Roma women in their access to the labor market. There will be an investigation where Roma women are the main actors of this, sharing their vision on the factors that influence the situation of Roma women and their access to the labor market.
