La protección civil de la vivienda familiar

Abstract

La protección de la vivienda familiar es clave en la defensa de la esfera privada del individuo. Limita con su faceta pública y es un elemento identificador de primer orden. En el mundo que nos movemos la propiedad privada es esencial para el desarrollo del resto de las facultades del individuo y se encuentra en constante peligro, por las desigualdades sociales, por los problemas interpersonales y por las diferentes vicisitudes vitales. El propósito de este trabajo es visualizar las diferentes circunstancias en las que se encuentra el individuo y sus allegados y como se puede proteger este elemento físico frente a las amenazas exteriores e interiores. Se lleva a cabo a través del estudio de información bibliográfica, jurisprudencial y legislativa.

The protection of the family home is key in the defense of the private sphere of the individual. It borders on its public facet and is a first-order identifier element. In the world in which we move, private property is essential for the development of the rest of the individual's faculties and is in constant danger, due to social inequalities, interpersonal problems and the different vicissitudes of life. The aim of this project is to visualize the different circumstances in which the individual and his relatives find themselves and how this physical element can be protected against external and internal threats. It is carried out through the study of bibliographic, jurisprudential and legislative information.
