Patria potestad en los casos de violencia de género

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se ha tratado “La patria potestad en casos de violencia de género”. Es por ello por lo que nos centraremos en analizar dos instituciones totalmente distintas, como son la patria potestad y la violencia de género, además posteriormente, abordaremos la forma de yuxtaponerlas. Al mismo tiempo, desde una perspectiva de índole feminista y en beneficio del interés del menor, se efectuará un análisis más detallado de como nuestros antepasados asentaron ciertos ideales que a día de hoy se mantienen presentes.

This paper analyses the area of “Parental authority in cases of gender-based violence” That’s why it’s focused on two different legal institutions like parental authority and gender-based violence and also the way to dealing with them together. At the same time from a feminist point of view and the interest of the child a further study will be done in terms of the way our ancestors set certain ideals that are still keeping in mind today.
