Pragmática de los actos de habla de petición y agradecimiento en español y en árabe: Estudio contrastivo enfocado a su aprendizaje como lenguas extranjeras

Abstract

This paper presents a comparative study of pragmalinguistics between the Arabic language and the Spanish on the basis of two speech acts: ask and thank. To do this, we must consider the variability of sociocultural courtesy from one culture to another, that is, we will consider the sociopragmatic. One of our objectives is that it can serve as a support for Arab learners of Spanish as a second language or a foreign language, although it may also be useful for Spanish students of Arabic. It is a cross-sectional study in that it relies on two groups of informants of different ages. This way it will be possible to check if there are substantial changes in the performance of the acts of asking and thanking among users of the same language. In other words, the act of asking and the act of thanking are universal acts that serve to maintain the harmony between speaker and listener. We will have the help of Arabic and Spanish informants. And once we know the different forms of behavior that guide the speech of the people of both communities, we intend to prevent errors and misunderstandings in communication. And to reinforce this objective, in the end we will show the conclusions and the results of the analysis of the questionnaires of the Spanish and Arab informants.

En este trabajo se presenta un estudio comparativo de pragmalingüística entre la lengua árabe y la española tomando como base dos actos de habla: pedir y agradecer. Para ello hay que considerar la variabilidad de la cortesía sociocultural de una cultura a otra, es decir, tendremos en cuenta la sociopragmática. Uno de nuestros objetivos es que pueda servir de apoyo para los aprendices árabes de español como segunda lengua o lengua extranjera, aunque también podrá ser útil para los españoles estudiantes de árabe. Es un estudio de tipo transversal en cuanto que se apoya en dos grupos de informantes de distinta edad. Así se podrá comprobar si hay cambios sustanciales en la realización de los actos de pedir y agradecer entre usuarios de una misma lengua. En otras palabras, el acto de pedir y el acto de agradecer, son unos actos universales que sirve para mantener la concordia entre hablante y oyente. Contaremos con la ayuda de informantes árabes y españoles. Y una vez conocidas las distintas formas de conducta que guían el habla de las personas de ambas comunidades pretendemos prevenir los errores y malos entendidos en la comunicación. Y para reforzar este objetivo, al final haremos mostrar de las conclusiones y los resultados de análisis de los cuestionarios de los informantes español y árabe.
