La custodia compartida

Abstract

Con el presente trabajo se pretende llevar a cabo un estudio y análisis de la situación actual del régimen de custodia compartida en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. La situación aquí prevista afecta diariamente a miles de familias en nuestro país, derivando en muchas ocasiones en un conflicto entre los progenitores, y pasando a un segundo plano el interés de los menores aquí afectados. Se analizará tanto su evolución legal, como las diferencias existentes al respecto en las diferentes comunidades autónomas.

This work aims to carry out a study and analysis of the current situation of the joint custody regime in our legal system. The situation foreseen here affects thousands of families in our country daily, often resulting in a conflict between the parents, and passing into the background the interest of the children affected here. Both its legal evolution and the differences in this regard in the different autonomous communities will be analyzed.
