Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo aproximarse al tema de la ludopatía en los jóvenes y adolescentes, poniendo especial atención en la ciudad de Valladolid. Además del análisis de la realidad se pretende poner el foco en las asociaciones que luchan contra esta lacra y en la relevancia que debería tener la figura del Educador Social en un problema tan arraigado y a la vez tan invisibilizado, pero que puede acarrear consecuencias devastadoras tanto para la persona que sufre la enfermedad como para los familiares de esta y el entorno social en el que se presenta.
This Final Degree Project aims to approach the issue of pathological gambling among young people and adolescents, paying special attention to the city of Valladolid. In addition to the analysis of the reality, the aim is to focus on the associations that fight against this scourge and on the relevance that the figure of the Social Educator should have in a problem that is so deeply rooted and at the same time so invisible, but which can have devastating consequences both for the person who suffers from the disease and for their family members and the social environment in which it occurs.
