Las producciones cerámicas en la Cueva de Chaves durante el Neolítico

Abstract

Situada en el Pirineo oscense, la Cueva de Chaves es un tesoro del Neolítico en nuestro país debido a sus yacimientos. El nombre de esta cueva comienza a conocerse cuando el arqueólogo Vicente Baldellou Martínez descubre su yacimiento en el año 1975, este hallazgo dio lugar a una serie de investigaciones que no dieron sus frutos hasta que en el año 2007 una obra ilegal destruyó el yacimiento. En este trabajo mostraré cómo este lugar fue poblado en diversas épocas del Neolítico a través de los hallazgos de restos cerámicos y realizaré un pequeño análisis de la tecnología cerámica.

Located in the Huesca Pyrenees, the Cueva de Chaves is a Neolithic treasure in our country due to its deposits. The name of this cave began to be known when the archaeologist Vicente Baldellou Martínez discovered the site in 1975. This discovery led to a series of investigations that did not bear fruit until 2007, when an illegal construction project destroyed the site. In this paper I will show how this place was populated in different periods of the Neolithic through the findings of pottery remains and I will carry out a small pottery technology analysis.
