El delito de trata de seres humanos

Abstract

A través de este trabajo se analiza el delito de trata de seres humanos, abarcando todas sus perspectivas y analizando, desde los factores que originan el delito, hasta los distintos fines que tiene (explotación laboral, sexual, extracción de órganos, explotación para la comisión de otros delitos y matrimonios forzados), así como las actividades que comprenden cada fin y los instrumentos normativos que se aplican a cada tipo. De igual forma se analiza el desarrollo normativo que ha sufrido el delito a lo largo de los años, tanto a nivel nacional como a nivel internacional y los distintos enfoques que ha ido teniendo a lo largo de su historia. Por último, se observa la incidencia del delito de trata en la sociedad y la relación que tiene con otros delitos, sobre todo con el delito de inmigración ilegal.

This proyect analyses the crime of trafficking in human beings from all perspectives, from the factors that give rise to the crime to its different purposes (labour exploitation, sexual exploitation, organ removal, exploitation for the commission of other crimes and forced marriages), as well as the activities that comprise each purpose and the regulatory instruments that apply to each type. It also analyses the normative development that the crime has undergone over the years at both national and international level and the different approaches it has taken throughout its history. Finally, the incidence of the crime of trafficking in society and its relationship with other crimes, especially the crime of illegal immigration.
