Integración europea y movimientos nacionalistas y populistas: Polonia y el grupo de Visegrado

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado tiene como objeto principal el análisis de la evolución del escepticismo en el ámbito comunitario. Se hará especial énfasis en los países del Grupo de Visegrado, especificando los retos a los que se enfrentaron para lograr la adhesión a la Unión Europea y las relaciones que se establecieron una vez incorporados. Especial atención se le otorgará a las reformas judiciales acontecidas en Polonia y las políticas húngaras contra la migración y derechos LGTBI, que acarrearon la aplicación del artículo 7 del Tratado de la Unión Europea y el mecanismo de suspensión de fondos europeos. Este trabajo incluye la bibliografía, links a páginas web y jurisprudencia necesarias, con el propósito de lograr una comprensión general por parte del lector, además de otorgarle unas vistas a futuro de lo que se puede esperar en los años venideros en la Unión Europea.

The main aim of this Final Degree Project is to analyse the evolution of scepticism in the EU. Special emphasis will be placed on the countries of the Visegrad Group, specifying the challenges they faced to achieve accession to the European Union and the relations that were established with Europe once they had joined. Particula emphasis will be given to the judicial reforms in Poland and the Hungarian policies against migration and LGTBI rights, which led to the application of Article 7 of the Treaty on European Union and the mechanism for the suspension of European funds. This work includes the necessary bibliography, links to websites and case law, with the aim of providing the reader with a general understanding, as well as a glimpse of what to expect in the coming years in the European Union.
