dc.description.abstractThe use of semiconductor technologies for the development of qubits is having a strong development. This paper reports the development of technological solutions to enable the experimentation on semiconductor qubits. Two technological approaches are followed: spin qubits in quantum dots and Majorana qubits for topological quantum computing. This is complemented by research on advanced characterization of the fabricated qubit nanostructures.es
