Los Neuroderechos

Abstract

En pleno S. XXI ya es un hecho que la tecnología es capaz de dominar al propio ser humano. Para evitar que esto se convierta en una gran herramienta, y no un arma de destrucción, se ha emprendido una gran labor tanto científica como jurídica. Las nuevas garantías legales de nuestra preservación son los denominados “Neuroderechos”. A lo largo de esta disertación desarrollaré toda la temática que esto envuelve, tanto su origen (la Neurotecnología, el Transhumanismo, la Teoría del Mejoramiento Humano, el alcance de la Inteligencia Artificial en el hombre) como su propio contenido y figuras anejas (Carta sobre los Derechos Digitales y Derechos Humanos de Nueva Generación), todo ello gracias a la información extraída de las lecturas de los autores citados a lo largo del trabajo.

In the middle of the 21st century, it is already a fact that technology is capable of dominating the human being himself. To prevent this from becoming a great tool, and not a weapon of destruction, much scientific and legal work has been undertaken. The new legal guarantees of our preservation are the so- called “Neurorights”. Throughout this dissertation I will develop all the themes that this involves, both its origin (Neurotechnology, Transhumanism, the Theory of Human Enhancement, the scope of Artificial Intelligence in man) as well as its own content and related figures (Letter on Digital Rights and New Generation Human Rights), all thanks to the information extracted from the readings of the authors cited throughout the work.
