El cese de los presidentes autonómicos

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de final de grado es realizar un análisis sobre las diferentes causas que existen hoy en día reguladas tanto en la Constitución Española, como en los estatutos autonómicos de las comunidades autónomas y sus ordenamientos jurídicos, por las cuales un presidente autonómico de cada una de las diecisiete comunidades autónomas ha de cesar de su cargo como presidente de esa comunidad. También se ha hecho un análisis de los diferentes procedimientos que se pueden llevar a cabo dependiendo de cuál sea la causa por la que se haya producido el cese del presidente y algún caso en el cual se ha dado alguna de las causas del cese del presidente de la comunidad autónoma. Al finalizar dicho trabajo se expondrán las conclusiones obtenidas tras su realización.

The objective of this final degree project is to carry out an analysis of the different causes that currently exist, regulated both in the Spanish Constitution and in the autonomous statutes of the autonomous communities an their legal systems, which lead to the removal of an autonomous president from office in each of the seventeen autonomous communities. An analysis will also be carried out on the different procedures that can be followed depending on the cause for the termination of the president and any case in which any of the causes for the termination of the president of the autonomous community have occurred. Upon completion of this work, the conclusions obtained from its execution will be presented.
