Inteligencia artificial y derecho internacional privado de la Unión Europea

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo analizar la interrelación del binomio constituido por la Inteligencia Artificial y el Derecho Internacional Privado de la Unión Europea, el cual se compone de un sistema tecnológico y digital de creación y un sistema jurídico respectivamente. Se realizará también un estudio sobre la evolución y estado actual de la materia y su regulación en el ámbito de la Unión Europea, de manera que, en último lugar, se pueda llegar a la proposición de medidas o pautas de actuación en relación con el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial, dentro de un sistema fiable y seguro.

The aim of this Final Degree Project is to analyze the interrelation of the binomial constituted by Artificial Intelligence and the International Private Law of the European Union, which is composed by a technological and digital system of creation and a legal system respectively. A study will also be made on the evolution and current state of the matter and its regulation in the European Union, so that, ultimately, it will be possible to reach the proposal of measures or guidelines for action in relation to the use of Artificial Intelligence, within a reliable and safe system.
