En este trabajo se analizará la evolución histórica, progresiva y gradual que ha tenido la capacidad de las personas hasta la aprobación de la Ley 8/2021. Al mismo tiempo se efectúa un análisis detallado del nuevo proceso sobre la adopción de medidas judiciales de apoyo a personas con discapacidad.
This work will analyse the historical, progressive and gradual evolution of the capacity of persons until the approval of the Spanish Law 8/2021. At the same time, a detailed analysis of the new process on the adoption of judicial measures to support persons with disabilities is made.
