Evolución de la Caza y la Pesca en Castilla y León

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado ha consistido en realizar un análisis sobre la caza y la pesca en Castilla y León. Dos actividades que han estado ligadas al ser humano desde los primeros homínidos, y han ido evolucionando con el paso del tiempo, pasando de ser actividades para la obtención de alimentos a actividades de ocio, y que en la actualidad tienen gran influencia socioeconómica en las zonas rurales de toda España. En este caso el trabajo se ha centrado en la comunidad autónoma de Castilla y León. El análisis se ha llevado a cabo en diferentes fases. La primera se ha centrado en realizar una revisión bibliográfica para contextualizar la relación de la caza y la pesca con el ser humano. La segunda fase ha consistido en realizar un estudio sobre la evolución de la normativa autonómica para conocer como las leyes se han ido cambiando para adaptarse a la actualidad. La tercera fase, se ha centrado en la descarga de los datos sobre la evolución de las licencias de caza y pesca, los terrenos cinegéticos, las masas de agua pescables, y las especies cinegéticas y piscícolas capturadas, comprendidas entre el 2006 y 2019. Por último, se ha llevado a cabo el análisis de los resultados obtenidos pudiendo reflejar en ellos, factores socioeconómicos que han influido en la evolución de estas dos actividades tan apreciadas en Castilla y León.

This final degree project has consisted of an analysis of hunting and fishing. Two activities that have been linked to human beings since the first hominids, and have evolved over time, from being activities for obtaining food to leisure activities, and currently have great socio-economic influence in rural areas throughout Spain. In this case, the work has focused on the autonomous community of Castilla y León. The analysis was carried out in different phases. The first phase focused on a bibliographic review to contextualize the relationship between hunting and fishing and human beings. The second phase consisted of carrying out a study on the evolution of the regional regulations to find out how the laws have been changed to adapt them to the present day. The third phase focused on downloading data on the evolution of hunting and fishing licenses, hunting grounds, fishable bodies of water, and hunting and fishing species caught between 1995 and 2023, with some exceptions. Finally, an analysis of the results obtained has been carried out, reflecting the socioeconomic factors that have influenced the evolution of these two highly valued activities in Castilla y León.
