Abstract

El presente estudio tiene el objetivo de analizar las bases ideológicas y las prácticas militares que, respectivamente, justificaron y posibilitaron la expansión de los reinos cristianos peninsulares en los siglos plenomedievales. De tal modo, se tratarán los discursos justificadores de esta expansión a costa del islam peninsular, y, de forma paralela, la forma de llevarla a cabo en el terreno práctico, traducido en la composición de los ejércitos desplegados, y las diferentes estrategias y tácticas militares empleadas

This dissertation analy ses the ideological ideas that legitimised the military expansion of the Iberian Christian kingdoms and the way this war was conducted during the High Middle Ages .
