El enoturismo como dinamizador de la comarca del Cerrato palentino

Abstract

Para conocer en profundidad el valor turístico del Cerrato palentino, debemos centrarnos en estudiar su tradición vitivinícola y la calidad enoturística comarcal. Este territorio compuesto por cuarenta municipios esconde un gran valor para muchos amantes del vino. El turismo del vino, que ha ido incrementándose desde inicios de este siglo, ha supuesto una mejora en este territorio, que durante algún tiempo estuvo alejado de sus tradiciones provenientes de la vid. En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se analizarán desde una perspectiva geográfica diversos factores demográficos, económicos y sociales, que influyen en el estudio de la cuestión enoturística comarcal. También será de gran interés el trabajo de campo realizado para conocer la relación de los jóvenes habitantes de la comarca con la cuestión de estudio. Quienes trabajan para dinamizar el turismo del vino en el Cerrato palentino, también fueron una pieza clave en este trabajo.

In order to know in depth the tourist value of Cerrato palentino, we must focus on studying its winemaking tradition and the quality of wine tourism in the region. This territory, made up of forty municipalities, hides a great value for many wine lovers. Wine tourism, which has been increasing since the beginning of this century, has meant an improvement in this territory, which for some time was far from its traditions stemming from the vine. This Final Degree Project will analyse, from a geographical perspective, various demographic, economic and social factors that influence the study of wine tourism in the region. It will also be of great interest the field work carried out to find out the relationship of the young inhabitants of the region with the issue under study. Those who work to promote wine tourism in Cerrato palentino were also a key part of this work.
